EDSO Board meeting (23 and 24 Oct) and Seminar (25 and 26 Oct) took place at Welcome Hotel in Essen, Germany consisted of 17 Technical Directors and 7 Board members. It went very well where everyone got involved in discussion on various issues which was very proactive. We aim to improve relationship with European Sports Federations and International Sports Federations to develop a better sport structure within EDSO.
We have created a new Motto for EDSO but it needs to be approved at the next Congress.
We are pleased to announce that we have formed a new Sports Commission involving 5 Technical Directors. Martin Bogard (Badminton) who was appointed as the Chair and he will work with four other Technical Directors, Jürgen Endress (Basketball Assistant), Stein Erik Wroldsen (Bowling), Mike Schmauser (Alpine) and one more to be confirmed. They will be working on creating a new Handbook, all existing Technical Regulations are to be revised and other issues.
